Crossed another one off the bucket list. I have see the water jetpack on Youtube multiple times but had no idea it was open to the public. Jetpack America has a bunch of jetpack and jetboard flight experiences at their locations in Vegas, Newport Beach, and San Diego. We made a special trip down to Vegas just to be able to cross this one off the bucket list and it was definitely worth it. Warning: you may get addicted. Next time we are in Southern California we will definitely be heading to Jetpack America again. It’s one of the closest feelings you get to being able to fly and a serious adrenaline high – definitely one to add and check off the bucket list.
Below are a few more tips to help you get your bucket list off the ground:
1. Find a partner in crime. Its always better to run ideas off of someone, whether it’s your spouse, a friend, or colleague at work. Not only does getting others involved help you think big when adding to your bucket list, it also helps to have someone to keep you committed and is more of a rush when you accomplish it together and start planning what’s next.
2. Don’t limit your list. If you can dream it, add it. Planning out the bucket list is half the excitement – it’s endless dreaming about the thrills and achievements ahead.
3. Seize the moment. If the opportunity arises, don’t hesitate to take it. You never want to think after the opportunity has passed, “I should have done it when I had the chance.” because you never know when you will again.
4. Make it a system. Let your bucket list become a lifestyle, not just a series of goals. Enjoy the systems you put in place to achieve each goal, not just the accomplishment itself. The planning, excitement, feelings, and rush you experience when it all starts to come together is the best part.
Thanks for stopping by.
