When it comes to those days where you on the go and can’t find get your normal workout in, stay fit with just a few simple steps that are easy to remember:
1. Always have water in hand. Reaching that gallon of water every day is important and easy to do if you space it out through the day. Keep your water bottle filled up all day or throw a couple extra bottles in your car to make sure you have enough to hit that gallon by the end of the day.
2. Pack your own snacks. If you leave without your own snacks for the day who knows what you’ll end up munching on. Stick to your goals and pack the same snacks you would have if you were at home. My daily snack? 2 apples, 2 oranges, and a bag of wheat thins.
3. Bring your duffel. Even if you won’t have time to hit the gym, still throw your duffel bag in the car. When you get home at night it’s a good reminder to restock again in the morning before you head out for another busy day.
