Staying fit has always been a priority along with it the unavoidable gym time. Today is the first post in a series featuring fitness topics ranging from exercises to nutrition. First up: attire.
1) A t-shirt drenched in sweat isn’t a good look on anyone.
2) A dri-fit tee helps keep you dry and comfortable.
3) Long-sleeves might seem warm for the gym, but it will help you sweat more and lose water weight.
4) I’m a big fan of cut offs. Take some of your old tees and cut off the sleeves. Easy way to reuse old shirts.
